I hope it's alright to post this question here. I will be flying into Hong Kong to watch aeXIS LINE in a few weeks. I bought my tickets from viagogo, and it says that the tickets will be delivered on Friday 6th February, just one day before the concert. I contacted customer service and they say this is because "Event organizers typically release tickets just days (or even hours) before the show. This is completely normal and not a cause for concern.". Can any Hong Kong MYs confirm is this is true or should I be worried? Thanks!!
