This is a fan edit/remix I made just for fun. I am not a producer or anything like that. I really like the official release of Rich Man but I prefer the vibe of the original demo track so I wanted to hear how aespa’s vocals would sound on top of it. I had to rearrange and mix the vocals a bit to make them fit with the demo so it is not perfect but I thought it turned out interesting.
I feel like SM was close to giving aespa a rock or grunge concept since the styling merch and promo material gave off that direction. It seems they decided to tone it down which is a little disappointing because the demo sound would have matched the concept perfectly.
That said I am still enjoying their new mini album a lot. especially Count on me
