Spent half the day driving around to three Targets and one Barnes & Noble! (Please indulge my matching and semi-on-theme book purchase, I couldn’t help myself!).
I’d never done a search this through before and it was eye-opening. One Target either never got stock or was already sold out of everything. Second Target had only Karinas (bought the WDA there). No Lemonade version out. B&N had a variety of versions but very few of each (purchased POS and Winter CD). No Lemonade there either. Third Target had nothing out but the website said they had lots in stock, and the customer service rep was super nice and went and searched for Winter and Lemonade versions for me. He did find a Winter Acid version but I decided to wait on that and just get a Lemonade. WDA was all Ningnings.
I really wanted Karina with the pink hair and I hit the jackpot on that with the Lemonade version! That made it all worth it haha.
It seems like Targets/B&Ns don’t actually get a variety of members in their stock? I’d always assumed they’d get a variety and that when I got there it was just sold out, but at the second Target it seemed pretty unlikely they’d have sold all other members and just be left with two piles of Karina (Acid and WDA). Curious to hear others’ experiences.
